MACO Development Company, L.L.C. was created for the purpose of providing the development services needed from the inception through the time that a development is handed off for occupancy. MACO Development functions as a full service development company which has the ability to underwrite a development and make introduction of it to the community or jurisdiction of which the development is planned. It also takes on the duty to engage and work with all required professionals such as Attorneys, Architects, Financial Institutions, Market Analyst, General Contractors and Real Estate Brokers. MACO Development is truly a full service development company that can take a development from start to finish.
Since its formation, MACO Development has been involved in forty three projects, both of new construction and acquisition/rehab developments in Missouri, Mississippi and South Carolina. The bulk of these have been in our home state of Missouri and were undertaken to acquire and restore aging Section 8 projects with expiring HAP contracts, combining tax credit funding with HUD’s mark-to-market program. |
