MACO Construction, Inc. has a wealth of experience in the construction of new and rehab developments. While the majority of MACO Construction’s projects, during the last few years, have been in the realm of rehab construction, preserving apartments existing within affordable housing programs, MACO has also been the general contractor for the new construction of thirteen properties scattered throughout Missouri, Texas and Tennessee within the past five years. Since first expanding in the new construction of ninety-seven new properties, ranging from complexes built for various housing authorities to Rural Development financed apartments still owned and operated by MACO today. |
