MACO Construction, Inc. was established in 1963 for the sole purpose of building FmHA senior citizen homes. With quality materials and workmanship, MACO strives to provide quality housing which can be afforded by all households.

MACO is firmly committed to the concept of preserving existing complexes. Many housing complexes which were constructed in the late 1970’s and early 1980’s have served their tenants well. However, in many cases, for one reason or another, these units now require rehabilitation and modernization.

MACO Construction’s most recent developments include Cotton Boll Commons in Kennett Missouri, a 39 Unit Affordable Housing Complex dedicated for the occupancy of senior citizens and Eugene Fields Apartments in Park Hills Missouri, where we renovated the Eugene Field School building into apartments for Senior Citizens, as well.
